Has to go back, they gave me a lemon! Supposedly they had fixed the Random Shutdown Syndrom with this new run of MBs, but mine seems to not know this. Last night I couldn't keep it up 10 seconds it seemed. Today, not a single issue. Truely random. So, as soon as I get FedEx to pick it up I will be back on the desktop until the new one gets here. As soon as Apple gets this one back they will overnight me the new one. I will say that their customer service has been excellent through this!

Teething

We got off really easy with Dory.... we never noticed until a tooth had popped. Jack on the other hand, well... let me just say, he's teething and they are not anywhere close to coming through. He gets MAD and bites everything he can find, mostly my fingers. I bought him a rosewood teething ring off of Esty tonight, so that should be wonderful when it gets here. I guess we will see how well he likes it. (my bet is he adores it.)

So it's the end of another week...

And John is sick, Dory is still whiney and Jack is a little bit congested. So far, for me, so good. I bet this weekend is a big nothing yet again. I mean, our Christmas Tree is still up for goodness sakes! Hopefully I will get it down tomorrow. But past that, well, Church is most likely out of the question since I don't want to be so nice as to share our germs. No thank you, I'm a bit stingy that way.... unlike some other people. >:-(

So...

Apaprently I am not doing well blogging in the new year. The new computer is here, but has had some issues. I think we got them taken care of this evening at the Apple Store. I am not entirely sure of what it was, but I know he reseated the RAM. I thought it was temperature related, but so far after what he did, it does not seem to be a problem. Hopefully problem solved! They did exchange my 14 day return period to 30 days after logging the issues.

It was going great here until Jack managed to fall off the chair beside me where he was sleeping with no thud at all. He made a sound in his sleep as he landed face down on the carpet that let me know! He was not upset until I knocked the camera on him as I was getting up to pick him up.... poor kid. He's perfectly fine though. (slight nose bleed, but it stoped asap, I'm amazed I even noticed, really) Sheesh, 2 months and already can't be trusted to stay put. So far, I get the bad mom of the year award just a few minutes in!
