Just another stay-at-home-mom who knits, crochets, beads, sews etc... in my spare time. (Not much of that.) I've started publishing patterns on Ravelry and with a few yarn companies. It's made for a great break from full time Mommy! I am passionate about natural childbirth and nutrition. At the moment, we are living Gluten Free for my son who is a Celiac. I have a BA in Religion and Philosophy & at the moment, homeschool the kids. Hum, shoulda' taken more Education classes.

Do I like Mussolini? Of course not. Nor do I like how the FDA/USDA is bought by the drug companies. Sounds like Corporatism to me. Think, research and then act.

This was from last weekend when I had a cold (which I swore to myself was allergies until the last day of it). John and Dory decided to throw an indoor picnic int he living room, complete with pizza, bacon, crackers and hamburgers... a teddy bear assortment and wine. Jack and I enjoyed it quite a bit.

It's safe to say that Jack is fully lingual now. It started about a month ago when something seemed to click overnight, and has steadily grown since then. Last weekend while I had a cold (thought it was allergies) I took him in the car with me for a short trip tinking it would knock him out for a nap.... no.... he talked the - whole - time. Non-stop. About everything. Including the dirt on the side of the road. And when I was allowed to go through the traffic light because it had just turned green.

My friends 16 month old just hit the "oh my god WORDS" stage too. He used to make a sound like a rumbling kitten when he'd see me, now every time I go over he goes "Hi Sa!"

Went to the playground again today and had a great time - we nearly had it to ourselves! We hadn't visited this one before, but it's nice and always empty when we drive by. No idea why.
After nearly an hour I think I had sufficiently exhausted them both. They were sludge-ing back to the slide rather than zipping my me.
This photo was shot under the play platform with my crapy cell phone camera... proving how awesome editing can be.
